Congratulations you have signed up for the activities and paid you registration fee so what happens next?

 

You will receive an email to the address you nominated on your registration form by October 1st that will let you know which activity group you are a part of and other important information that is also here:

 

Conference starts at 8.30am at Canggu Community School

What to bring-

 

A clean t.shirt to exchange for your GIN Bali t.shirt - all donated t.shirts go to the SMILE shop in UBUD to support their work with the children of Bali requiring cleft palette operations.

 

A reusable - refillable water bottle - drinking water will be available throughout the conference and at the activities.

 

Sunblock - many activities take place outside and it is important that you protect your skin, 

please make sure you bring sunblock.

 

Cameras, I-Pads, smart phones can all be used to update the conference website, facebook page and twitter. Please ensure to take care of your personal belongings, while activity leaders will ensure safety of items and participants we can not take responsibility for items left unattended.

 

Clothing - Wear suitable, appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes - water activities, farming and animal activities will require a change of clothing. There will be opportunities to change for the evening event at the school between activities and leaving for the DEUS event.

 

Money - You will not need money for the conference itself but you may like to purchase extra items at the evenig event and items from the PASSION FAIR.

 

Please do not bring, or buy packaged snacks containing palm oil.
